Children’s Hospital & Medical Center
When a grand celebration was in order, Children’s Hospital & Medical Center called upon DAAKE to design a theme and several unique pieces to commemorate the events unveiling their new Specialty Pediatric Center (SPC). Keeping the focus on children, we created the theme “As the Story Grows,” illustrating the evolution of the SPC with the metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a butterfly. This visual message was incorporated into a lenticular postcard, a View-Master viewer with custom reels depicting the new SPC, a series of seven event invitations, and more. The next piece in the series will be a flip book animating an umbrella rising into the sky!
