What happens when the nation’s leader in cold storage warehousing, logistics and delivery diversifies? They call on DAAKE to re-brand. Founded in 1962, Millard Refrigerated Services serves all of North America through the operation of more than 30 regional facilities, and is the second-largest refrigerated warehouse and distribution company in the United States. Needless to say, their name possesses valuable equity. After thoughtful consideration and research, we arrived at the decision to shorten the company name to simply Millard. While the name is more straightforward, the enterprise it represents is increasingly broad reaching. The DAAKE team then moved forward with full-scale re-branding efforts including print and collateral, environmental, employee initiatives, website – and more.
